CND Life Sciences Opens Innovation Lab in Scottsdale

New Scottsdale facility will support assay development, biomarker research and product innovation.

CND Life Sciences Inc., a medical technology company, has opened a new Innovation Laboratory in Scottsdale, complementing its existing infrastructure and supporting the company’s long-term growth by advancing priority research, innovation, and product-development programs.

Separate from CND’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited, and CLEP-permitted clinical laboratory operations, the Innovation Laboratory provides dedicated space for assay development, biomarker research, technology evaluation, and translational research programs.

“The opening of our Innovation Laboratory marks an important milestone for CND,” said Todd Levine, MD, CND’s Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder. “This facility reflects our commitment to investing in our people, scientific capabilities, and long-term vision, helping us better serve clinicians, patients, researchers, and partners.”

Located near CND’s headquarters and central laboratory operations in Scottsdale, the Innovation Laboratory enables close collaboration among the Company’s scientific, product development, operational, and leadership teams, and it provides access to the talent and infrastructure needed to support CND’s next phase of growth. The facility also reflects CND’s continued investment in Arizona’s growing biotechnology and medical technology community.

Christopher Gibbons, MD, Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder of CND Life Sciences, said, “By creating a focused environment for scientific expansion, the facility will help us move promising ideas forward and continue building on the work that drives our mission.”

CND celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by employees, community members, and key stakeholders. The laboratory will begin operations next week.
